Salary: $6,031.00 – $7,547.00 monthly (equivalent to annual salary). New-to-State candidates are hired at the minimum classification level or minimum alternate range.

Responsibilities

Under the general direction of the Supervisor I, Admin and Office Support Services, Office of Administrative Services (OAS), the Senior Analyst provides administrative, analytical, and liaison program support to Office of Technology Services (OTech) Executives and Senior Management.

Minimum Requirements
  • Classification:
    Analyst II.
  • Minimum Salary: $6,031.00 – $7,547.00 per month.
  • 1 Position.
  • Full‑time, permanent, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Developing administrative/business processes with strong business writing skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with staff and management at all levels.
  • Under continual pressure and tight time frames maintain, plan, coordinate, monitor, and follow up on multiple projects and assignments to meet deadlines and ensure success.
  • Knowledge of procedures and best practices in Human Resources, Fiscal and Contracting. Experience in statistical and research methods.
  • Analyze information and situations, reason logically, identify and solve problems, draw valid conclusions, and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to think clearly and quickly while analyzing and solving problems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to use analytical techniques to resolve managerial issues.
  • Ability to handle sensitive assignments with tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
  • Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
  • Carry out assignments without detailed instructions.
  • Work with all levels of staff within OTech, Department of Technology, and other agencies.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and demands while meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated capacity for assuming increasing responsibility.
  • Knowledge of office management principles, methods, and procedures.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Dependable with good attendance.
