Astranis is seeking an Events & Programs Coordinator Associate (Spring 2026) to support global conference programming, sponsorship activations, and internal commercial events. This associate-level role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to learn how large-scale events drive commercial growth in a fast-moving global environment.
RoleSupport the execution of global conferences and events, coordinating timelines, agendas, speaker logistics, sponsorship activations, and on-site or virtual operations. Help maximize the conference channel as part of broader growth efforts, supporting new business engagement across the company backlog. Support sponsorship programs by tracking assets, deliverables, and engagement opportunities across events and digital placements. Maintain organized event plans, trackers, checklists, and internal documentation to ensure smooth execution and visibility across teams.
Research and coordinate vendors (venues, AV, catering, transportation, etc.) and assist with logistical planning. Partner with Marketing to coordinate collateral, signage, digital assets, and other event materials. Support internal Commercial Sales Org events (Sales Kickoffs, leadership meetings, retreats) with logistics, scheduling, and materials preparation. Assist with core operational tasks including invoicing, expense tracking, and basic budget monitoring. Create event materials, support post-event retrospectives, and help track key event KPIs (attendance, engagement, sponsorship fulfillment, feedback) to improve future programs.

- 2+ years of experience in events, programs, operations, marketing, or a related field (internship or early-career experience welcomed).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple moving pieces at once.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working across time zones and supporting multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Familiarity with CRM or database tools (e.g., Hub Spot) is a plus.
- Experience with design tools such as Canva.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana).
- Experience with invite/event platforms such as Paperless Post or Luma.
The base salary for this position is $1,750 per week. $1,750 - $1,750 USD
