Job Overview
We are currently seeking a detail‑oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting day‑to‑day operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.
Responsibilities Office Coordination:- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Input and update information in databases and spreadsheets.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of company documents.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external contacts.
- Assist in drafting and proofreading written communications.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- High school diploma required; additional qualifications in Business Administration or related field are a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in administrative support.
- Proactive and resourceful individual with a passion for providing administrative assistance.
