As an Administrative Assistant
, you will be responsible for supporting our Area Manager and Field Technicians with various tasks, including preparing and reviewing reports, proposals and other documents, coordinating office activities such as project scheduling, managing correspondence and general office administration.

What You’ll Be Doing- Support the Area Manager and Field Technicians while providing exceptional customer service over the phone and via email
- Prepare documents and reports
- Perform general monthly billing duties
- Review and report on environmental monitoring equipment functionality
- Schedule projects and inspections
- Manage equipment inventory
- Handle shipping/receiving of equipment
- Submission and processing of timesheets and expenses
- Oversee day-to-day office activities
- 1–2 years of experience providing administrative support in engineering, geological or construction industry
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are required
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google, Adobe and Smartsheet
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact professionally with employees, vendors, clients, etc.
