Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, tech‑savvy, and motivated Administrative Assistant to support our growing Farmers Insurance district and sales center operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys keeping systems organized, and takes initiative without needing constant direction.

The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, dependable, and proactive with a positive attitude and strong administrative skills. While this is not primarily an insurance‑focused role, the position plays a key part in supporting daily operations, sales support activities, lead management, invoicing, and administrative coordination.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to agency leadership and sales center operations
  • Manage and organize lead distribution from Cole’s directory
  • Create, track, and process invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and internal tracking systems using Excel
  • Assist with operational workflows and process organization
  • Leverage tools such as ChatGPT and other technology platforms to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Help maintain a smooth and organized office environment
  • Communicate professionally with team members and support staff as needed
  • Take ownership of assigned projects and complete tasks independently
Requirements
  • Strong Excel and spreadsheet management skills
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Self‑starter who can work independently and solve problems proactively
  • Positive attitude with a team‑oriented mindset

    Strong technical and computer skills
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Professional communication skills
  • Previous administrative, executive assistant, or office support experience preferred
  • Insurance is a plus, but not required
