Job DescriptionAllied Universal® is hiring a Security Administrator. The Security Administrator will provide dedicated support to security operations leadership for a high profile customer. The Security Administrator will assist with the development, implementation, and management of the security program.
Responsibilities- Oversee the administration and execution of the corporate emergency access system, ensuring seamless emergency access protocols are in place and regularly updated.
- Maintain the Travel & Expense (T&E) spreadsheet for the Operations & Technology Team, and oversee fleet operations, ensuring accurate reporting and efficient vehicle utilization.
- Prepare and distribute the daily occupancy report, providing key insights into space utilization.
- Manage package shipments, supply orders, and client signature collection, ensuring timely delivery and processing.
- Schedule and arrange logistics for meetings, travel, and provide support for various projects.
- Maintain inbox, manage complex calendars, event management, budget management, meeting and agenda coordination, filing, and preparation of correspondence and presentations using PowerPoint, MS Word and MS Excel.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in security, law enforcement, military, or other protective service related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years in administrative experience in a professional office environment.
- Strong oral and written communications skills; excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of discretion with sensitive information.
- Outstanding computer skills, to include Microsoft Office suite of applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Efficient time management skills.
- College degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or a related field.

- Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days.
- Vacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly. Unused vacation is only paid out where required by law.
