573 Realty Group is seeking a long-term team member who values stability, professionalism to run the administration side of our office. This is an in person position. Experience in a real estate, mortgage, title, or professional office environment and marketing is highly preferred and compensation will be offered accordingly, ranging from $16-22/hour.

Tasks would include, but are not limited to:
- data entry on several platforms
- Microsoft Word and Excel
- update and manage websites
- organize files
- greet customers and clients
- prepare flyers
- support teammates
- coordinate appointments
- open and close the office
- follow systems in place
- run office reports
- manage office supplies
- additional responsibilities as they arise
- opportunity for new, creative business ideas

21-32 hours per week, depending on skill set of individual. There are opportunities to expand upon the responsibilities and tasks.
