Compensation
Salary Range: $32.48 - $45.22 / hour
The pay range above represents the lowest possible rate for the position and the highest possible rate. Factors that may be used to determine where newly hired employees will be placed in the pay range include the employee specific skills and qualifications, relevant years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Most often, a newly hired employee will be placed below the midpoint of the range.

Position Overview:
The Executive Support Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to the Ambulatory Medicine executive leadership team. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the suite, supporting executive scheduling, communication, project coordination, document management, and engagement with internal and external stakeholders. The position works closely with the Executive Administrative Assistant and collaborates with executives including the CAO, Associate Chief Medical Officer, VP of Physician Affairs, Associate VP of Care Coordination, and Directors within Ambulatory Medicine.
QualificationsRequired:
- Associate’s degree or at least two years of college education
- Two (2) years of administrative support experience
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Administrative experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or executive-level environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient with MS Teams, SharePoint, and scheduling systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
- Demonstrates discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information
- Experience supporting multiple leaders simultaneously
- Familiarity with healthcare operations or medical staff credentialing
- Exposure to reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Visio) or basic project management systems
