Data Entry Specialist job in Carlsbad, CA
LHH has partnered with a Medical Device company who is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to assist their team. This role involves processing change orders, transitioning label management software and updating label details to reflect changes in their legal and operational structure. Key Responsibilities- Update label information including legal addresses.
- Review and submit change order forms.
- Revise and organize labels and related documentation.
- Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets and organize Word documents.
- Perform UDI verification and manage labeling data in Access.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information.
- Print labels and manage shipping forms.
- 1+ years of Administrative or Data Entry experience.
- Proficiency with Office 365, including Outlook, Word, and Excel (Access experience is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of Excel for data entry and organization.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with Codesoft and label design software preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational skills and willingness to learn.
Location:
Starts fully onsite in Carlsbad, CA with potential to work hybrid after being fully trained.
Duration: 6+ months
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay: $21-$23 per hour
