Location: Chesterfield
Department Supervisor/Manager Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties and provide administrative/sales service to internal and external customers
- Manage contact lists, including phone and email
- Create, update, and maintain electronic and hard‑copy documents/files
- Process invoices, A/P vouchers, and expense reports
- Handle incoming and outgoing phones, correspondence, and mail
- Read and analyze memos, submissions, and reports to determine significance and plan distribution
- Set and confirm appointments; schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, etc.
- Generate, analyze, and deliver various reports as required
- Assist with travel arrangements as needed
- Order and maintain office supplies, including business cards
- Perform additional projects or duties to support ongoing business needs
- Work closely supervised; perform structured work assignments with no discretion to vary from established procedures
- Possesses a broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education
- Provides effective and high‑quality customer service/relationship management via walk‑ins, phone, and email
- Establishes positive professional relationships with internal, external customers, and employees
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and database applications
- Professional verbal and written communication skills, including questioning and listening skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy with effective problem‑solving skills
- Ability to multitask, work independently with little supervision, and prioritize tasks effectively
- Uses discretion to handle sensitive confidential information
- Positive, professional attitude with ability to diffuse negative situations
- Displays confidence and control at all times
- Thrives in a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment
- Applies strong work ethics and integrity on the job
- 2+ years of customer service or administrative experience
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations
