Job DescriptionThe Office Administrator manages day‑to‑day administrative duties and provides administrative support to the division as required or requested. Responsibilities may include:
- Answering and routing incoming phone calls.
- Assisting with various administrative tasks such as filing, copying, data entry, scheduling, and reporting.
- Assisting with meetings and divisional events—including scheduling, set‑up/preparation, and follow‑up.
- Maintaining and ordering office and/or warehouse supplies.
- Coordinating special events and projects.
- Supporting various departments and managers as needed.
- Assisting the divisional Accounting Manager with special projects and business objectives as needed, including processing of invoices.
- High school Diploma/GED.
- 1‑2 years of experience in administrative assistance or customer service.
- Familiarity with accounting practices and bookkeeping preferred.
- Knowledge of basic computer applications—Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook—required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Ability to interact professionally at all levels of the business and work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
- Ability to maintain multiple projects and duties simultaneously.
