Responsibilities
- Check in and out of guests
- Assist guests at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and maintaining records.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Suite for document preparation and communication.
- Handle reservations and check-ins efficiently, leveraging hotel experience to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and assist with clerical duties as needed.
You MUST have experience as a hotel receptionist preferably having used Guestline. Also, a passion for hospitality.
Working hours and ScheduleYou will work 5 days out of 7. You will need to be flexible and be able to work either:
- 7 AM – 3:30 PM – early shift
- 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM – late shift
Schedule:
8.5-hour shift, including a 30-minute unpaid break (8 paid hours). Evening and weekend availability required.
