We are currently hiring a Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, vendors, and team members. This role is essential in creating a welcoming experience while providing administrative and clerical support to the community.
Available Openings- Full-Time
- Monday–Friday
- Schedule:
11:30 AM – 8:00 PM - No Weekends
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Greet residents, visitors, vendors, and guests while providing exceptional customer service
- Provide information, directions, and assistance as needed
- Monitor visitor sign-in procedures and maintain security protocols
- Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and packages
- Perform clerical duties, including filing, data entry, copying, and scanning documents
- Maintain accurate records and communication logs
- Assist departments with administrative support as assigned
- Maintain a professional and organized reception area
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of one year of receptionist, administrative, customer service, or clerical experience required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and general office equipment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
