Schedule

• Tuesday-Friday: 4:00 PM - 9:30 PM
• Every Monday Off
• Every other Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• 30-minute lunch break
• Part-Time

We are seeking a friendly and dependable Part‑Time Receptionist to support our evening and weekend front desk operations at a healthcare and rehabilitation facility in Florissant, MO. This role is ideal for someone looking for consistent part‑time hours with a set schedule.

• Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
• Maintain a welcoming, organized front desk
• Assist with basic clerical and administrative tasks
• Support business office needs as assigned
• Maintain confidentiality and follow safety procedures

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
