Location: Hickman Mills

The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Junior Project Coordinator for a prominent client of ours. This is an onsite role in Kansas City, MO 64137.

Pay Rate – $24/hr on W2 (Fixed Pay from the client - NO Flex in the pay rate)

6 months assignment with high possibility of extension

Job Description

Looking for a Junior Project Coordinator to support Project Managers with the management of projects or may manage small, simple projects which generally require a small amount of client interaction. Projects will reside within a single business line and a single site, may cross to sister sites for distribution or testing activities. To promote continuous improvement in all aspects of the job: coordination with sales, operations, client services, and QA to ensure the highest level of client service.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to solve problems.
  • Gain insight into internal customer needs by observing and asking questions.
  • React to situations and offer realistic suggestions that benefit the customer (I/E).
  • Build relationships with internal teams and clients to accomplish work.
  • Suggest different points of view to PM management and team.
  • Support the establishment and maintenance of effective customer relationships (I/E).
  • Support the ERP system (e.g., contract entry, milestone uploads, client shipments, etc.).
  • Support Project Management staff in administrative tasks.
  • Facilitate project logistics.
  • Coordinate scheduling, budgeting, change orders, development of presentations and internal teams to help ensure project completion.
  • Assist with onsite client visits.
Required/Preferred Skills
  • Project Coordinator/Administrative Assistant experience ideal. At least 6+ months of relevant experience preferred. Recent graduates with no professional experience but a Healthcare/Scientific/Business degree are considered.
  • Working knowledge of Pharmaceutical and Biotech industries is desired.
  • Working knowledge of Project Management/Project Coordination is desired.
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Good MS Office Suite knowledge.
