Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Location: California
Salary range $4,442.00 - $5,296.00 per month.
Responsibilities- Disbursement of payroll and facilitation of departmental vendor payment packaging.
- Review invoices to verify completeness, accuracy, and reconciliation.
- Print claim schedules and prepare them for submission to the State Controller’s Office.
- Maintain an accurate tracking log of claim schedules printed and submitted.
- Ensure compliance with permanent‑intermittent work hour limits (up to 1,500 hours per calendar year).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and customer service skills.
- Ability to meet timelines and analyze data to interpret laws, rules, and regulations.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in reconciliation and office support preferred.
- Qualified as an accountant trainee.
In Office – Sacramento.
