Document Controller

We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to support operations for a large-scale industrial energy facility in Pointe Celeste, Louisiana. This role will be responsible for managing and maintaining critical operational documentation, ensuring adherence to document control standards, and supporting teams across Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and other business functions.

• Manage and maintain facility documentation including drawings, correspondence, and operational records
• Ensure document control processes, standards, numbering systems, and workflows are followed
• Support electronic and hard-copy document management activities
• Maintain document integrity within document management systems
• Process, route, distribute, and track documentation accurately and timely
• Maintain and update Master Document Lists and document distribution records
• Respond to user requests and provide document-related support and guidance
• Support document management training and standardization initiatives

• 5+ years of Document Control experience
• Experience supporting engineering documentation and project/business asset environments
• Hands‑on experience with electronic document management systems and transmittal processing
• Strong understanding of document management processes and best practices
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
