** Administrative Assistant II provides mid-level administrative support with increased responsibility and autonomy. This role supports departmental operations, coordinates meetings and communications, and handles more complex tasks requiring judgment and initiative.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

*** Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and departmental communications.
* Maintain databases and track departmental metrics.
* Assist with onboarding and training coordination for new employees.
* Liaise between departments to ensure smooth workflow.
* Monitor and reconcile department budgets or expenses.
* Provide support for internal audits or compliance documentation.

* Education and Experience Requirements:

** Requires a high school diploma or GED
** Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
*** Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Familiarity with manufacturing or HVAC terminology and workflows.
* Requires critical thinking, multitasking, and handling confidential information.
** Work Environment:
*** Must be able to sit for long periods.
* Use a computer extensively.
* Office-based with occasional visits to production areas.
* May interact with vendors, contractors, or external partners.
* Occasionally lift up to 25lbs.
