Beacon Hill Financial is seeking a Contract Data Entry Clerk for our client in the St.Louis Metro Area. This role is 100% onsite and offers pay ranging from $23–$25 per hour, depending on experience.

Duties:

• Enter and process employee timecard information with a high degree of accuracy.
• Utilize Excel to allocate labor hours to specific projects for payroll and budget tracking purposes.
• Perform batch time entry and upload data into internal systems.
• Review and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness before processing.
• Support payroll operations through timekeeping-related data entry and administrative tasks.
• Maintain organized records while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding timecard discrepancies or updates.

Qualifications:

• Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Previous administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred.
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently.
