POSITION SUMMARY:

The Camdenton R-III School District is seeking a dedicated individual to Coordinate matters essential to the efficiency and effectiveness of the Office of Federal Programs and Elementary Learning and Assessment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma required but college degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative or clerical experience.
  • Pass all background checks and screenings.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Missouri DESE reporting systems and federal programs (Title I, II, III, IV, etc.).
  • Experience with ePeGS, Infinite Campus, and SISFIN.
  • Background in school district finance, grant management, or auditing.
REPORTS TO:

Director of Learning and Assessment

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Strong understanding of compliance-driven work and the ability to interpret complex grant regulations.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a mastery of recordkeeping, database systems, and "audit-ready" documentation.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple high-stakes projects, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to manage sensitive financial data and confidential student/staff information with absolute discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple district departments.
  • Grant Lifecycle Management:
    Lead the preparation, submission, and maintenance of the ESEA Consolidated Application, ePeGS budget grids, Amendments, and Final Expenditure Reports (FER).
  • Audit & Monitoring:
    Maintain comprehensive digital and physical records (including Time and Effort, Inventory logs, and Program evaluations) to ensure the district is prepared for Tiered Monitoring and compliance reviews.
  • Special Program Coordination:
    Manage documentation for Title I School wide programs, Equitable Services for private schools, and Parent/Family Engagement requirements.
  • Data Management:
    Assist in the collection and reporting of student and program data for state/federal outcome evaluations.
  • Financial Oversight:
    Process purchase orders and requisitions, reconciling all grant spending with approved budgets to ensure allowable use of funds and timely spending (minimizing carryover).
  • Expenditure Tracking:
    Maintain detailed tracking spreadsheets for all grants, including contracts, service agreements, vendor documentation, and grant-funded payroll/stipends.
  • Project Logistics:
    Manage departmental calendars, project timelines, and strict compliance deadlines.
  • Meeting Facilitation:
    Schedule meetings and prepare professional agendas, materials, and draft correspondence/reports.
  • Stakeholder Relations:
    Serve as a professional liaison between district buildings, staff, and external agencies while maintaining strict confidentiality (FERPA).
  • Other Duties:
    Performs other appropriate duties as assigned.
EVALUATION:

Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Board's Policy on Evaluation of Support Staff.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
  • 177 days; 12 to 15 hrs / week. Does not include a 30 minute lunch.
  • Pay Range:
    Starting at $15.53 / hr (credit for up to 7 years of relevant experience or $17.53 / hr)
