Key Responsibilities:- Greet and assist patients and families, creating a welcoming and supportive environment.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently to support therapy sessions and minimize wait times.
- Make and receive phone calls in a professional manner, providing accurate information and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Monitor patient attendance, reschedule missed appointments, and ensure optimal scheduling for providers.
- Handle patient check-ins and check-outs, verify insurance details, and process payments.
- Maintain accurate records, update patient information, and manage third-party claims with precision.
- Keep the front desk, waiting area, and common spaces clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Coordinate medical correspondence, mail, and reports for clinical staff.
- Utilize clinic software to manage administrative tasks and assist in daily operations.
- Adhere to confidentiality policies and ensure compliance with clinic regulations.
- Step into additional responsibilities as needed to support the team.
- 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare, wellness, or customer service environment.
- Exceptional communication skills with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask effectively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in scheduling and record-keeping.
- Punctuality and dependability to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Experience with scheduling software or office management systems is an asset.
