Central High School Position: 10 months, 8 hour day Status:
Non-Exempt Starting Pay: $20.11 per hour and up (depending on experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive School Account Specialist to join our administrative team. In this pivotal role, you will manage day-to-day financial operations, coordinate classroom supply logistics, and facilitate essential communications with parents and staff. The ideal candidate will serve as a professional point of contact for our campus community, ensuring operational excellence and providing seamless administrative support to foster a productive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the accuracy and integrity of student account data and financial records.
  • Execute precise cash handling and deposit procedures in alignment with institutional policies.
  • Utilize technology to develop and manage digital forms for fee collections and administrative tracking.
  • Manage and replenish store inventory to meet the ongoing needs of students and faculty.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professional service.
  • Proficiency in modern office technology and financial software applications.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial processing or account management preferred.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
