Construction Maintenance Support Clerk

- Perform clerical, accounting, and administrative support for operations and maintenance activities
- Support material management and warehousing functions
- Prepare reports and meet established deadlines supporting the district/grid
- Collaborate with field crews, supervisors, and internal partners
- Provide exceptional internal and external customer service
- Conduct all work with professionalism, respect, and attention to detail
- Basic clerical and accounting experience
- Valid U.S. Driver License
- Experience processing and closing work orders.
- Proficiency in data entry and attention to detail.
- Knowledgeable with material management processes and procedures.
- Experienced with various applications/programs such as SAP, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
- Familiar with field construction materials.
- Familiar with the various phases of work order closure and timekeeping processes.
- Providing exceptional internal/external customer service.
- This position’s work mode ison-site.
The employee will report to an SCE facility or in the field location. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.
