Part-Time Student Assistant - Office Support School of Mathematics and Sciences

We are seeking part-time, Student Assistant - Office Assistant to work at the SCC Science and Mathematics department providing office and lab support.

• Organize and perform general office functions
• Welcoming and directing students and visitors to faculty and campus services offices
• Answering the phone and directing or transferring callers to the correct individual or office
• Sorting mail and restocking lab supplies
• Inventorying office and lab supplies
• Support School Administrative Assistants and Lab Coordinators as needed.

• Must be a current student enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours.
• Ability to demonstrate a welcoming and smiling demeanor
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Attention to professionalism
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
