Job Description and DutiesUnder the general direction of the Supervisor I, the incumbent will provide support to the operation of the Property Tax Postponement (PTP) Program
Duties Performed: (Candidates must perform the following functions with or without reasonable accommodations.)
- Perform intake duties for PTP applications, which includes stamping applications, matching documents, data entry of accounts in various databases, and preparing file folders.
- Perform intake duties for general mail, which includes stamping, scanning, sorting, and distributing incoming mail and preparing, tracking, and delivering outgoing mail.
- Provide general clerical support, which includes copying documents, filing account folders, and faxing confidential documents.
- Communicate both orally and in writing to questions from representatives, tax collectors, and the general public regarding the PTP program.
