Annuity Processing Specialist

• Process and track annuity applications from receipt through completion
• Perform data entry, case management, follow-up on outstanding requirements, and generate related correspondence
• Review applications and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with technical, legal, and underwriting guidelines
• Respond to inquiries from agents, members, and other customers
• Escalate complex issues as needed
• Consult with the Annuity Processing Consultant and other internal partners on complex applications or processing issues
• Support reinstatements, conversions, and other annuity transactions
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Some college-level coursework preferred
• 1+ years of experience in a process-oriented customer service, operations, or administrative support role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and other business software tools
• Experience using internet-based systems and applications for data entry, research, and case management activities
• Ability to maintain accuracy and manage multiple priorities
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrates proficiency in processing and tracking annuity applications while ensuring compliance with technical and legal guidelines. Capable of managing multiple priorities and maintaining accuracy in data entry and case management.
