Penmac Staffing is hiring a Data Entry Clerk for a company in the Cassville, MO area. This is a temporary position expected to last 30 to 180 days, with the possibility of a longer assignment based on business needs. If you have strong typing skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience using Microsoft Excel, this could be a great opportunity to gain valuable office experience while supporting a busy team.
Requirementsfor the Data Entry Clerk
- Strong typing and data entry skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Enter data into a new database system accurately and efficiently
- Review and verify information to ensure data accuracy
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in records
- Obtain additional information when fields are incomplete
- Maintain confidentiality and security of company records
- Perform general administrative and data management tasks as assigned
This is a full-time position with the following schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- 40-minute lunch break from 11:50 AM to 12:30 PM
- Paid 15-minute break from 10:00 AM to 10:15 AM
- Paid 15-minute break from 2:00 PM to 2:15 PM
- $16.00 per hour
- Weekly pay
- Temporary assignment lasting 30-180 days
- Possibility of extension based on client needs
- Located in the Cassville, MO area
