Job Description and DutiesThe Office Services Supervisor I (Typing) supervises two Office Assistants (Typing) and is responsible for the overall clerical operations. The Office Services Supervisor I (Typing) plans, organizes, and directs duties and assignments for subordinate employees. Prepares performance evaluations. Prepares and submits reports as required. Maintains filling systems. Prepares and processes purchases for necessary equipment and services. Maintains personnel files and handles confidential documents.
Reviews attendance screens and handles all time-keeping. Reconciles and prepares all monthly overtime reports. Performs other job related duties as assigned/required.

Working ConditionsThe Office Services Supervisor I (Typing) is assigned to a desk along side the administrative team inside the front office. This position has heavy public contact, uses a computer throughout most of the day, and works with various office equipment including copy/fax and mailing machines.
