St. Jane Frances School is seeking an enthusiastic receptionist for a full-time position providing information and customer service to our parents and community.

Responsibilities:

• Administers basic first aid to students receiving minor injuries, calls parent if necessary, and records injuries that may need medical attention.
• Ensures that students are signed out/in for absences during the day.
• Prepares all student/parent forms. e.g. emergency, etc.
• Keeps all student records current on paper and/or online.
• Records all family data in the computer and/or online as needed.
• Answers and screens phone calls using proper phone protocols
• Sets appointments with/for the principal (with reason for the appointment set in the calendar).

Funds

• Keeps payment records of monthly tuition & fees and gives receipts.

St. Jane Frances School is a community of Preschool – 8th grade students, teachers, and parents partnering to guide our students and their families to experience the harmony between academic learning, social growth, and Catholic faith formation. Located in North Hollywood.

• Competent in the Google Suite and basic computer skills
• Other requirements as designated by the Archdiocese of Los Angeles

Schedule:

M-Th 7:30am-4pm Fri 7:30am-1pm
Total 37 hrs/week

Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
