• Perform work as outlined on repair orders in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards
• Complete oil changes, replace oil and air filters, and inspect/replenish fluid levels
• Check tire pressure and perform basic vehicle maintenance services
• Test‑drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools and special service equipment to identify issues
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
• Communicate with the Parts Department to obtain necessary parts
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
• Maintain accountability for dealership tools and equipment
• Communicate directly with Service Advisors regarding additional service needs and time estimates
• Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications

• Strong desire to learn and improve
• Entry‑level automotive training preferred (Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair experience a plus)
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and physical dexterity
• Team‑oriented with excellent communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Positive attitude with a customer‑first mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
