• Greet customers promptly and professionally in the Drive Lane
• Oversee service orders and ensure efficient flow of work from write‑up to completion
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service process
• Clearly explain vehicle concerns, recommended services, warranties, and repairs
• Provide accurate cost estimates and time frames for services and repairs
• Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure proper diagnosis and timely completion of work
• Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding repair status and additional service needs
• Ensure technician time is scheduled and sold efficiently
• Assist with warranty administration and documentation
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction/Customer Success Index scores at or above company standards
• Reinforce company policies and ensure compliance with applicable laws and manufacturer guidelines
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business

• Organized, friendly, and customer‑focused personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
• Previous automotive service advising experience preferred
• Demonstrated record of customer satisfaction and service sales success
• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
