*
* Job Summary:

** Service Advisor is responsible for inspecting and determining repairs needed by visually inspecting a vehicle.##
** Duties/Responsibilities:
*** Examine damage to determine the extent of body, structural, mechanical, or interior damage
* Prepare estimates to repair vehicle
* Explain repair process to customers
* Communicate with customers insurance related to damages and obtain repair authorization
* Complete vehicle check-in with customer
* Explain and communicate repair process, estimated repair time and any updates with the customer
* Handle total loss process
* Perform final Quality Control inspection
* Upon completion of repair work, deliver vehicle to customer
* Comply with all TCC’s safety standards, guidelines, and procedures
* Perform other related duties as assigned## Qualifications##

* Must be 18 years or older
* Valid Driver's License##

* Education and Experience:

*** Prior automotive collision estimating experience
* Experience with preparing estimates in CCC One preferred
* Proficient with a computer and software##

* Physical Requirements:

*** Must be able to work safely in a noisy area with many odors present.
* Must be able to lift 10 lbs. regularly.
* Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat to perform repairs and inspections.
* Must be able to reach below and above shoulder level
