Service Manager

St Louis Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking an experienced Service Manager to evaluate our service department and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in the automotive industry, along with a proven track record of successfully leading service teams and driving measurable results. This role is responsible for increasing customer satisfaction, improving operational efficiency and achieving key financial and performance objectives.

This is a full-time position offering a base salary plus commission
, with annual earning potential between $100,000 and $150,000
, depending on experience.
