- Accurately diagnose vehicle issues and translate them into clear, concise repair orders.
- Provide customers with detailed explanations of needed services and associated costs.
- Schedule appointments efficiently and manage the workflow of the service department.
- Maintain open and consistent communication with customers regarding their vehicle’s progress.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service and follow-up.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of vehicle repair processes.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency with automotive repair software and computer systems.
- Ability to effectively manage service schedules and customer expectations.
- A valid driver’s license.
