Job Description

Beuckman Ford is currently seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our growing service department. This role is ideal for a technician with experience diagnosing and repairing vehicles in a fast-paced shop environment. You'll be responsible for performing a wide range of services, from maintenance to complex repairs, while delivering high-quality work that meets both dealership and manufacturer standards.

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, No Saturdays!
Work Requirements:

• Work Schedule: 8-hour shifts
• Ability to Commute: Ellisville, MO (Required)
• Work Location: In person

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic tests and inspections to identify mechanical issues
• Complete vehicle maintenance and repair tasks in accordance with factory guidelines
• Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding recommended services and repair status
• Maintain detailed records of all work performed using dealership systems
• Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations in the shop
• Keep tools and workspace organized, clean, and well-maintained
• Participate in ongoing manufacturer training to stay current with new technologies

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician preferred
• Ford certification is a plus, but not required
• ASE certifications preferred or willingness to obtain
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with modern diagnostic tools and repair software
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and handle physically demanding tasks
