Job Description
Beuckman Ford is currently seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our growing service department. This role is ideal for a technician with experience diagnosing and repairing vehicles in a fast-paced shop environment. You'll be responsible for performing a wide range of services, from maintenance to complex repairs, while delivering high-quality work that meets both dealership and manufacturer standards.

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, No Saturdays!
Work Requirements:
- Work Schedule: 8-hour shifts
- Ability to Commute: Ellisville, MO (Required)
- Work Location: In person
- Perform diagnostic tests and inspections to identify mechanical issues
- Complete vehicle maintenance and repair tasks in accordance with factory guidelines
- Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding recommended services and repair status
- Maintain detailed records of all work performed using dealership systems
- Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations in the shop
- Keep tools and workspace organized, clean, and well-maintained
- Participate in ongoing manufacturer training to stay current with new technologies
- 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician preferred
- Ford certification is a plus, but not required
- ASE certifications preferred or willingness to obtain
- Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with modern diagnostic tools and repair software
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and handle physically demanding tasks
