• Appraise used vehicles accurately using current automotive market data
• Purchase vehicles from multiple acquisition channels
• Conduct trade evaluations and attend daily trade walks
• Monitor local and regional used vehicle market trends
• Identify high‑demand inventory opportunities

• Contact current vehicle owners regarding vehicle purchase opportunities
• Schedule appraisal appointments with prospective sellers
• Maintain consistent follow‑up communication with leads and prospects
• Build long‑term customer relationships to generate repeat acquisition opportunities

• Support dealership sales staff with vehicle acquisition opportunities
• Assist with inventory strategy and pre‑owned inventory management
• Utilize dealership CRM tools and internet resources effectively
• Analyze performance metrics and acquisition results regularly

• Automotive sales or automotive buying experience required
• Used car, pre‑owned inventory, or appraisal experience preferred
• Strong understanding of current used vehicle market conditions
• Experience with vehicle valuation tools and automotive CRM platforms
