As an Automotive Lube Technician
, you will service vehicles by performing routine maintenance following established procedures. This includes changing fluids, rotating tires, and conducting multi-point inspections to ensure vehicle safety and customer satisfaction. The role requires careful attention to detail, physical stamina, and excellent communication skills.

• Check and replace automotive fluids including oil, brake, transmission, and engine coolant
• Inspect tires for pressure and condition, perform tire rotations
• Replace filters, windshield wiper fluid, and other maintenance-related parts
• Perform routine service inspections, tests, and standard maintenance tasks
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles during service
• Ensure all documentation complies with company and regulatory standards
• Support shop organization by stocking inventory and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards
• Follow all shop policies, safety, and environmental procedures
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and educational programs as required
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer and internet proficiency
• Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions
• Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
• Dependable and safety oriented
• Automotive experience or training is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential
