Autobody Repair Tech​/Estimator​/Assistant Manager; Minded

Gateway Collision and Paint is looking for a motivated, hands‑on individual to work in our collision repair shopand also help support the estimating and management side of our growing collision repair shop. This role is ideal for someone from the industry,or someone with general automotive, construction,mechanical, or service‑industry experience who has the drive to learn, take responsibility, and help keep the business running smoothly.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who feels they have the ability and work ethic to advance—but maybe hasn’t been given the chance yet. We have no shortage of work
, and the right person can grow as far as they’re willing to go.

We’re looking for someone who can:

• With Experience in Autobody repair or painting... (preferred but not required)
• Learn the estimating process (experience helpful but not required)
• Communicate with customers, insurance companies, and vendors
• Assist with scheduling, workflow, and general office operations
• Help manage day-to-day shop activities so the owner can focus on production
• Bring energy, organization, and accountability to the business

This role can fit a wide range of backgrounds
—from someone with basic mechanical knowledge and good people skills to someone with previous Autobody related experience.
