R&R Technician Bumper to Bumper - Chevrolet Valencia

The Advanced Technician performs vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards and builds Customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in Auto Nation as a care-giver for their vehicle safety and reliability.

As an Advanced Technician at Chevrolet Valencia, you are responsible for providing efficient and accurate repair and maintenance services to enhance the safety and reliability of customer vehicles, while maintaining customer satisfaction and achieving production targets.

• Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance work to high standards in accordance with dealership and factory guidelines.
• Communicate regularly with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs with customer approval.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend appropriate work to ensure vehicle safety.
• Record all work performed on each vehicle into the repair order.
• Maintain an inventory of technician special tools.
• Keep up to date with factory technical bulletins and attend factory-sponsored training.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid in‑state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician.
• Relevant automotive technical training (varies by store needs).
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow‑up skills.
