• Perform work outlined on repair orders in an efficient and accurate manner
• Test‑drive vehicles and test components and systems
• Perform repair, maintenance, and warranty work in a timely fashion
• Road‑test to confirm vehicle's repairs will meet or exceed customer expectations
• Communicate with Service Advisor if additional service is recommended
• Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and maintain Customer Satisfaction Scores
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High School diploma or Equivalent
• 2 years shop experience highly preferred
• Hyundai or KIA experience preferred
• Must have own tools
• Outgoing, people‑oriented, and foster an environment of collaboration
• Proficient time management and organizational skills
• Exemplary communication and customer service skills
• Motivated, self‑starter with a superior work ethic
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Pass background screening, pre‑placement drug screening and must have an acceptable MVR
