Role Description

The Automotive Technician is a full-time, on-site role located in Platte City, MO. In this position, the technician performs routine vehicle maintenance, including inspections, oil changes, fluid checks, and tire rotations. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, completing automotive repairs, and ensuring all work meets manufacturer and safety standards. The technician will also service suspension and other key systems, document work performed, and communicate clearly with service advisors and customers about findings and recommended repairs.

Maintaining a clean, organized work area and following all shop safety procedures is expected.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Vehicle Maintenance and routine Oil Changes.
  • Hands‑on experience with Automotive Repair and general Maintenance & Repair tasks.
  • Ability to inspect, diagnose, and service Suspension systems.
  • Knowledge of automotive diagnostic tools, equipment, and repair procedures.
  • Attention to detail, ability to follow technical manuals, and commitment to safety standards.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Relevant automotive certifications or technical training preferred (e.g., ASE or manufacturer training).
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
