Assist customers with tire and battery services and product recommendations to drive sales;
Maintain knowledge of tire/battery industry guidelines, safety, and store procedures to ensure safe and efficient service;
Operate point-of-sale systems and handle transactions accurately while assisting members;
Collaborate with team members, mentor new technicians, and contribute to a positive, customer-focused environment;
Maintain inventory accuracy and report safety or product issues to leadership.
