Non-Exempt Position Summary Audi Napa Valley / Volkswagen of Fairfield is seeking a dependable, energetic, and customer-focused Porter to support both our Sales and Service departments. The Porter plays an important role in maintaining an organized, professional dealership environment and ensuring vehicles are moved, staged, and presented appropriately for our customers and dealership teams. This position requires someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in attention to detail, and provides courteous service to customers and coworkers.

• Move, park, stage, and organize new and pre-owned vehicles throughout the dealership.
• Maintain an orderly and professional vehicle display and inventory lot.
• Assist the Sales team with locating and retrieving vehicles.
• Stage vehicles for customer appointments, test drives, deliveries, and dealership displays.
• Assist with dealer trades and vehicle movement as directed.
• Check vehicles for general cleanliness and presentation before customer delivery.
• Maintain vehicle keys in accordance with dealership procedures.
• Assist with inventory organization and periodic physical inventory checks.
• Help maintain clean and professional customer-facing areas surrounding the vehicle display and delivery areas.

• Greet customers professionally and assist with vehicle arrival and departure from the Service drive.
• Move customer vehicles safely between the Service drive, shop, parking areas, wash area, and designated pickup locations.
• Stage completed vehicles for customer pickup.
• Assist Service Advisors and technicians with locating and moving vehicles.
• Maintain an organized Service drive and vehicle parking area.
• Assist with transportation and organization of dealership loaner or courtesy vehicles, when assigned.
• Help ensure customer vehicles are handled carefully and professionally.
• Perform other vehicle-support duties necessary to maintain an efficient Service operation.

• Safely operate customer and dealership vehicles at all times.
• Follow dealership parking, key-control, vehicle-handling, and safety procedures.
• Promptly report any vehicle damage, accident, safety concern, or other incident to management.
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance while interacting with customers.
• Work cooperatively with Sales, Service, Parts, Detail, and management teams.
• Keep assigned work areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Perform other duties reasonably related to the position as assigned.

• Valid driver's license and ability to meet the dealership's applicable driving requirements.
• Ability to safely operate both automatic and manual-transmission vehicles is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with multiple departments.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
• Previous automotive dealership, valet, porter, lot attendant, or customer-service experience is preferred but not required.

This is a full-time position. The schedule may include weekdays, evenings, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays based on dealership business needs.

Pay Range: $18 – $22 per hour The pay range represents the employer's good-faith estimate of the compensation reasonably expected to be paid for this position at the time of posting. Actual starting pay may vary based on relevant experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
