Pay Scale:Base hourly rate ranges between $22.00 - $27.00 per hour.

As a Mobile Automotive Service Technician, you'll perform maintenance and repairs while delivering exceptional customer experience at customers' homes, workplaces, or other approved sites.

- Perform mobile maintenance and repair services at customer homes, workplaces, and other approved service locations
- Operate the Mobile Service vehicle in a safe and professional manner while maintaining tools, equipment, and parts inventory.
- Diagnose vehicle concerns using manufacturer-approved diagnostic equipment and repair procedures.
- Clearly explain repairs performed, maintenance recommendations, and vehicle conditions to customers.
- Accurately document repair orders, inspections, and completed work in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards.
- Independently manage assigned service appointments while meeting productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction expectations.
- Automotive repair experience or completion of an automotive technology program.
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, maintenance, and repair procedures.
- Ability to inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles using manufacturer standards.
- Ability to work independently while providing mobile service at customer homes and businesses.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain repairs and document work accurately.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience using diagnostic equipment.
- Valid California Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
- ASE and/or Manufacturer Certifications.
- Previous dealership service experience.
- High School Diploma or GED.
