The RoleAs Chief of Staff, you’ll work directly with the co-founders to execute critical business priorities across business development, sales, operations, supply-chain and fundraising. This is a hands‑on role requiring fast‑pace execution and problem‑solving.
Responsibilities- Drive business development and partner strategy
- Lead sales enablement and go‑to‑market execution
- Oversee operations and supply‑chain optimization
- Coordinate fundraising efforts with investors
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement key initiatives
- 5+ years of experience in a senior operational or business role
- Experience in EV, mobility, hardware or robotics startups
- Self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑visibility, high‑stakes environments
- Passion for design, technology, vehicle‑AI and manufacturing innovation
