Job Overview
Concordance Healthcare Solutions is seeking a full‑time Customer Enrichment Project Lead to work in Tiffin, OH, Andersonville, TN or Earth City, MO. The role focuses on managing and overseeing projects and issues for customers, Account Managers, Sales Directors, Vice Presidents and Business Development Directors in the assigned region.

- Develop relationships and communication with internal Concordance functions (Sales, Customer Service, Contracts, Purchasing, Operations).
- Attend meetings with sales counterparts via conference calls or in person.
- Develop and maintain project documents (charters, plans, risk plans, Gantt charts, work breakdown structures).
- Compile, customize and analyze Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for customers in assigned region; provide recommendations to sales for customer meetings.
- Complete detailed analysis of backorder reports, provide accurate ETAs and explanations for backordered items.
- Manage inventory reporting (slow moving/dead stock) for customers in the region; ensure buyout inventory is purchased and fees collected.
- Manage product mix to align with preferred labels and providers.
- Serve as project lead for new customer conversions, product line conversions, and customer de‑implementations; create and maintain documentation and engage stakeholders.
- Attend customer meetings (on‑site or at customer location) and trade shows as necessary.
- Manage territory business aspects including sales, mix, expense reduction and pricing in collaboration with sales.
- Provide equipment quotes and bids.
- Collaborate with Contracts and Accounts Receivable to review and correct pricing discrepancies within the region.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Associate’s Degree or higher in Business or equivalent education/experience. - Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Inside Sales or a similar support role.
- Project management experience strongly desired.
- Strong relationship building skills at all organizational levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
- Strong organizational and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical background.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills; ability to speak before large groups.
- Understanding of supply‑chain principles and Concordance business framework.
- Possibility of hybrid work model (in‑office and remote).
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening.
