Sales Operations Manager

Imperial is seeking a self-directed Sales Operations Manager to assist with implementing strategic plans, improving process efficiencies, and enhancing intradepartmental communication and processes.

• Implementing strategic plans for the sales channel.
• Managing and hiring Customer Service Representatives and Account Managers.
• Leading training, development, and coaching for direct report team members.
• Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers.
• Collaborating with the Senior VP of Sales, Marketing, and other departments to implement new programs and execute current business strategies.
• Leading process improvement initiatives and new implementations across the organization.
• Resolving escalated issues and providing support to team members.
• Assisting the Director of Sales Administration with special projects and other duties as needed.

• Proven customer service experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in sales operations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a related field.
• Experience with web-based programs.
• Administrative experience in sales operations.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• A detail-oriented and process-driven approach.
