We are looking for a self‑motivated, Sales Operations Analyst with a demonstrated ability to deliver high‑quality technical reports or presentations. The successful candidate will be creative with reporting and analytics, with an IT aptitude to maintain and utilize our different systems. You will be expected to provide analytics and reporting to a varied audience, including upper management.
This position is Remote US. United States Citizenship required.
Scope:
The Sales Operations Analyst supports the sales organization by providing data‑driven insights, optimizing processes, and ensuring the tools and systems enable efficient selling. This role works cross‑functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to improve forecasting, reporting, and overall sales performance.
Primary responsibilities include a focus on maintaining and developing reporting/presentations, as well as providing ad‑hoc customer service.
This position is a team contributor role. The Sales Ops Analyst will work with multiple teams within TTM, including but not limited to all levels of management, Sales, IT, Customer Service and Quoting Centers in support of our customers and internal business units.
The Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for the optimization, review and documentation of all processes.
This is a full‑time position located in Remote‑U.S. The base hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and will vary as support may be required across North America, Europe and Asia. This includes conference calls, video conferences, phone calls, email and other communications in a timely manner to all regions. This position is Remote US. United States Citizenship required.
Key Responsibilities- Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor sales performance.
- Analyze sales results, pipeline trends, and customer data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular reporting to sales leadership and stakeholders.
- Create and maintain dashboards and predictive models, supporting data‑driven decision‑making and providing insights for improving retention, revenue, and operational efficiency.
- Forecasting & Planning
- Support the creation and accuracy of sales forecasts.
- Perform data analysis to validate assumptions and highlight risks/opportunities.
- Process Optimization
- Evaluate current sales processes and recommend improvements.
- Document workflows, policies, and best practices to scale operations.
- Implement and optimize sales operations processes, ensuring coordination across sales, operations, information systems, finance, and engineering teams.
- Systems & Tools Management
- Manage and optimize CRM systems (e.g., MS Dynamics) and related sales tools.
