• Salary range up to $145,000 annually, depending on experience
• Eligible for an annual bonus based on successful completion of defined performance objectives

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and ensure product competitiveness
• Support the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to agile development
• Communicate and promote product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment on product development and delivery
• Define and measure key performance indicators to assess product success

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of project experience in strategy development and management consulting
• 5+ years of experience in residential mortgage banking, particularly in product and pricing
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with strong written and verbal communication skills

• Agile Scrum education or certification
• PMP certification or equivalent understanding of project management principles
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and achieving business value
• Experience in capital markets, servicing, or post-closing functions in mortgage banking
