Imperial is seeking an Inventory Stock Analyst to join the Sourcing team to help us manage and analyze inventory levels across warehouse operations, focusing on optimizing stock for various apparel and headwear lines. This role involves utilizing historical data, sales trends, and seasonal demand to ensure the right products are available at the right time. The Stock Analyst will collaborate closely with the sales team and suppliers to refine forecasting and inventory planning for peak and off-peak seasons.

Bourbon, MO – Hybrid Schedule
- Analyze historical sales data and market trends to predict future inventory needs
- Manage stock levels for both peak and off-peak seasons for apparel and headwear products
- Work closely with the sales team to understand current and future product demand
- Collaborate with overseas and local suppliers to manage product purchasing and delivery schedules
- Maintain and refine inventory management systems to optimize stock flow
- Develop Net Suite-based automation tools for forecasting and tracking inventory
- Ensure seamless communication between sales, supply chain, and warehouse teams to meet inventory demands
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Experience with MRP systems, analyzing and collecting necessary information for action planning.
- Experience in inventory management, stock analysis, or a related role is preferred but not required
- Strong understanding of warehouse and supply chain management principles
- Advanced Excel skills (including creating automation tools, formulas, and macros)
- Experience with inventory management software is a plus
- Interest in programming or data analysis tools is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Eager to learn and grow within the role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
